The length of the route is about 2,100 km. The total cargo volume in this project amounted to 72 tons. С учетом физических свойств конструкций и расположения в транспортном средстве, было подсчитано, что для перевозки понадобится пять фур с мягкими стенками или четыре металлических контейнера.
Результаты
Сопоставив весогабаритные характеристики груза, а также рассчитав стоимость перевозки, нашими специалистами был предложен прямой маршрут, который позволил Заказчику сократить расходы на 800 долларов США на закупку. В течение года клиент делает до пяти схожих закупок, соответственно, годовая экономия составляет около 4 000 долларов США.

It was necessary to place the structures in such a way to exclude damage during transportation.
Taking into account the physical properties of the structures and the location in the vehicle, it was estimated that five soft-sided trucks or four metal containers would be needed for transportation.
Results
Comparing the weight and size cargo characteristics, as well as calculating the transportation cost, our experts proposed a direct route, which allowed the Customer to reduce purchase costs by $800. The Company is deeply integrated into the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, therefore its technical equipment and uninterrupted products manufacture is the guarantor of the functioning of several industries at once - of the medical products packaging and the auto parts production.
Tasks
To expand production, it was necessary to purchase two high-precision CNC milling machines.
Decision
Having received from the Customer the models and technical specifications of the required machines, KONVED CA came in contact to several factories with ready-made exemplars in stock. The complexity of the situation was that none of the manufacturers had two ready-made machines in stock. KONVED CA experts studied technical requirements of the equipment and, after several rounds of negotiations with the manufacturers, were able to agree on two machines supply. One of the machines fully met the requirements of the Uzbek manufacturer, and the second one was designed for processing any metals and was equipped with a more powerful spindle.
Results
The Customer received both machines, including the more powerful one, at the cost not exceeding the acceptable cost of the equipment indicated in the original order. In addition, we managed to deliver the equipment to production 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
